I do not want hundreds of new features on my iPhone. Security only is desired. Is there a way to get security updates without the junk?

If you don't like iOS, don't use it.

Don't want social media, don't install the social media apps.

If all you want to do is use business tools, do so. Nobody is stopping you.

If you really want a "business only" appearance, you can remove applications from the screen you do not use. I did that once because I was tired of looking at some of the things I do not use. Upgrades since then have NOT forced the apps back on and the upgrade process did not complain about what I had done.
