Can I exchange an iPhone 13 Pro Max? I did not realize how heavy the phone is and it’s very painful for my hands. The person at Best Buy just went back and got it and put it in a bag. They did not have the one I wanted in stock so I settled on the one they had.

Most places give you 14 days to return a phone for a full refund. If you got it from Best Buy, take it there and ask them what their return policy is.
