MBP M1 13" HDMI to TV stopping work (no signal output)

Hi everyone,

my MacBook has no HDMI signal to TV suddenly, I have done many test but still not works.

Device I use

Laptop: MBP M1 13" (Monterey 12.1 macOS)

HUB: CASA Hub A01m USB 3.1 Type-C

TV: PHILIPS TV 43PUH6002/96

And I also test with

  • The HDMI cable is works well with Nintendo Switch output to TV.
  • The HUB works well with iPad mini output to TV wiring by HDMI cable.
  • Plug-in to different HDMI port on the TV.
  • The TV can be detect on MBP.
  • Restart MBP.
  • Try to remove preference file "com.apple.windowserver.displays.plist" and restart.
  • Try to use different resolution on MBP.

Any idea? thanks!

That's a 4K TV with three HDMI ports.

If you reduce the resolution dramatically, such as to 720p, do you get a picture then?

Your Hub appear to be capable of 4K at 30Hz.

what are your HDMI cables rated for?
