I'm trying to transfer the data from old to new Mac. the Migration Assistant in my old Mac couldn't complete the process. It gave me an error "logging our failed".
Is there anything else to try before I decide to transefr manually (not preferred!)?

That error message does not make sense as written...(?)
Wifi transfer is not recommended for large data transfer, verify you are using a cabled connection,
