Slow iPhone

iPhone 6s

16 GB

iOS 14.2


September 2021 factory reset and new battery installed by an Apple store tech.


Cannot update to the latest iOS - not enough memory unless I delete some apps.


Very slow performance. Takes several seconds to open apps and web pages. Battery drains very fast compared to my newer iPhone.


Suggestions?

Cannot update to the latest iOS - not enough memory

You need about 6 GB device storage for the update, try to free up device storage, see this Apple articles below:
