I bought a used iPhone 10 owner not cooperating to remove

I bought My iPhone 10 of Facebook market place it is locked to original owner

she is not cooperating to sign out or remove form her I cloud account

not sure what do ..please help

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
