Messaging is a service provided to you from your Carrier. So, contact your Carrier asking them for assistance with this. Either (A)it is a conflict between accounts, (B)you don’t have the service for this, or (C)it is on the recipient’s end.

This happens to me also with my husbands texts. We use the same carrier. Most other people I text can receive the photo but not my husband. How do we fix this?
