i received sms from my recipient but my sms from my iphone 13 is not delivering mine.to that particular recipient

How will i solve sms that don't deliver to my recipient even though his sms was delivered to mine.

You may not have an SMS sending plan enabled for your SIM by your Carrier. Contact them.
