i forgot my pasword of my apple id

I forgot the password of my Apple ID. I don't know how to change it.. I need to add a new phone into the cloud... Hope someone can help me!

Check your web browser autofill entries and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team.
