how do i turn off oer disable a square overlay in the middle of my iphone 13pro screen

As you can see. There is a square in the middle of the home screens. This looks like the time but does not update!! I can find nothing about it!!!

can anyone help me please?

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
