wifi Connection doesn’t connect to directly.we should wait a while seconds and then connect to network

Try these steps:

Settings>Wifi>[your network]... tap on the "i" in blue circle (at the right side)
Then tap on "Forget This Network"
When done, turn your iPhone OFF
Turn your modem-router OFF and unplug it for at least 1 minute.
Restart your modem-router and wait for its complete auto-configuration
Restart your iPhone and try to connect it to your wifi network.
