Macbook not logging in after reinstalling OS

I reinstalled macOS through recovery mode but after it finished and I enter my password, when the loading goes halfway the fan goes off and my macbook restarts. I should also add that after reinstalling, the background behind the login screen went black and the text color and the cursor was blue.


I have tried many things like resetting SMC, PRAM and repair in disk utility but nothing works.
