Chat history back up

Before changing the phone, I did back up of my chat history and media but after installing WhatsApp business in my other iPhone, I lost everything, How you Assist me to recover my chat history and media?

WhatsApp creates its own backups in iCloud, they may differ, depending on the version you use.
Did you already contact WhatsApp Support about that?
