I want to buy iCloud storage but I don't have any payment method in my phone So is there any other option to do the payment?

Depending on where you live, you can buy a gift card from the apple store or authorised partner stores. However, it is mandatory to have a payment method on file as icloud payment will be recurring and not a one time.
