What adapter I need to connect a flash drive to iPad and MacBook Pro?

I have a large picture file (10 gig) on a flash drive. I want to view the pictures on an iPad 11”, 3rd Gen and also on a MacBook Pro. Both have Thunderbolt 4 connections. What adapter do I need to connect the flash drive to the iPad and MacBook Pro?

Well you haven’t said what connection your flash drive uses, so I’ll assume that it uses USB-A:
