How can add more apps to my CarPlay list? The one that i want to add is not under the list.

The only apps that will work with CarPlay are those that are listed under your settings for CarPlay. CarPlay does not support all apps on your iPhone. See the information in this support document regarding CarPlay. iOS - CarPlay - Apple
