Apple iPhone 10. Stuck on Apple logo, and/or “Connect to Computer” I’ve connected to iTunes, iTunes says unable to restore. Unable to update. Tried everything I’ve seen online. What’s next? Is there software available from Apple to restore?

Is there any other message appearing other that unable to update or restore? Not knowing what 'everything you have seen and researched online' is, I would ask if what you've seen and researched come from official Apple sources?
