Hi, can we expedite delivery in Utah of iPad mini if I order it now? I see that is 5-6 weeks time for it. Can it be by the end of February

Only Apple Online Store or an Apple phisycal Store or Authorized Reseller in your country (Apple – Location Selector) can give you the appropriate delivery time.
