Apple Music is not showing my subscription therefor all my songs are missing

Hello. I have a family subscription for Apple Music, but my app started showing that I don’t have a subscription and therefore all my songs are missing. Could you fix that?

Hello polina74,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We've reviewed your question and it looks like you want to know why you are missing your songs from Apple Music. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. If you are seeing a message that your subscription is not available, that would explain why your songs have disappeared. That is expected behavior when your Apple Music sub is stopped. Please take a look here: Change your subscription from Apple. This will allow you to see if your subscription is active. If it is not, you can reestablish it and re-download your music.

If you have follow-up questions, please let us know. We're here for you. Have a fantastic day!
