AppleMusic folder on Windows 10

Once I have deleted any music downloaded from the AppleMusic, should the folder be empty? It appears that a copy resides in that folder under ITunes Music.

If you remove Apple Music items from the library, or remove the associated downloads, then they should disappear from the Apple Music folder. You can manually remove anything that iTunes hasn't cleaned up by itself.
