Hello, I accidentally clicked on a popup „your iPhone has viruses“. Can there something download in the background or smth? Sorry for my bad english :) Apple already wrote something about that and they are warning to click on those popups. Is that because it can infect your device? I didnt jailbrake

These are attempts to get you to give them information…just recognize that.

Nope! Your iPhone should be 100 percent be safe. Just exit out of the browser tab and you should be good to go. Just a scare method they use.

You shouldn't open the links because they will try to trick you into giving them information. As long as you didn't do that, you're fine.
