No longer getting notification sound when phone is locked

I just updated to iOS 15.3, and now when I get a notification while the screen is locked, it doesn't play a sound or vibrate. I've gone into Notifications to make sure sounds are enabled for each app, went into Sound & Haptics to make sure sound is on, Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb are turned off, tried restarting the phone. If I get a message while the screen is on, it plays a sound and vibrates like usual. I can't think of any other setting to check. Any ideas?
