ECG and blood oxygen
Can I take an Apple Watch in a country that has the ability to activate ECG and blood oxygen, and activate it there and then return to my own country, will these features still be active?
Are these facilities active in Turkey?

no, for it to work then
- it has to have been purchased in a country where it's active
- and have to be located in a country where it's active (it has a gps so it knows where it is)
