Monterey Crashes iMac Pro Every Few Hours

Since upgrading from Big Sur the computer is unstable, unable to stay up for more than few hours, just shuts off without warning. When turned back on it ony occasionally gives a crash report (maybe 1 out of every 4 times). Is there a fix/update for this or an easy way to simply revert to Big Sur?

Thank you.

Minor Issues:

These issues do not need immediate attention but they may indicate future problems or opportunities for improvement.

More than one antivirus app - This computer has multiple antivirus apps installed.

Antivirus software: Apple, Sophos, and Malwarebytes

One is bad enough, two are inviting problem. I would uninstall Sophos using their uninst instructions.

It is not clear how i Sophos is operating since the report also says:

System Extensions:

[Waiting for authorization] networkextension - version 10.2.2 (Sophos - 2021-11-04)

Application: /Applications/Sophos/Sophos Network Extension.app - version 10.2.2 (Sophos - 2021-11-04)

[Waiting for authorization] com.sophos.endpoint.scanextension - version 10.2.2 (Sophos - 2022-01-20)

Application: /Applications/Sophos/Sophos Scan.app - version 10.2.2 (Sophos - 2022-01-28)

Description: Scanning Services

Are you using sSoftRaid?

[Loaded] SoftRAID.kext - com.softraid.driver.SoftRAID (6.2 - SDK 10.16)

mdworker is Spotlight search indexing your drives. You have a few drives and it will take time Crashing 21 times may be what you are seeing. The crash message implies it is due to a bad file since it says " find suspect

file using: sudo mdutil -t 490874419". I do not know what that means.

You have a LOT of junk running that probably isn't necessary.

Get rid of Sophos. It serves no purpose on a Mac.

If you're not using the VPN to access a private corporate network, get rid of it. It isn't doing anything to protect your privacy.

You have a lot of miscellaneous 'stuff' running. For example, Silverlight is dead. Microsoft dropped support for it quite some time ago.

Blackberry is dead. Almost too many others to list...
