Sold iphone

I sold my iphone about a month ago and I’ve been wondering will the new owner be able to reset my memos, photos etc. even if I reset the phone to factory settings before selling it?

No, not as long as your followed the steps listed in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
