Getting money for unwanted subscibtion

For some reasons, my subscription with fitbit was not canceled and I got charged for the whole year which was not my intention. How could claim the refund ?

• Cancel a subscription

• Request a refund

• Verify unfamiliar charges

• Add or remove a payment method
