How do I add my Apple ID email to my Mail accounts?

Go to Mail/Preferences/Accounts and then click the + sign at the bottom left.

Accounts in Mail on Mac  - Add or remove email. 

i have oneplus pro 9 mobile phone. i could not add that iclou email to my emails and i have downloaded blue mail as well, still

i can not add that icloud email to blue mail app as well.

could you kindly guide me how can i do that
