iPhone

I’m locked out of an old iPhone, as I forgot the password. Can’t unlock it, have tried it through iTunes with no luck. Tried the reset option. Nothing works ?

Then you didn't get it into Recovery Mode correctly. When you get it into Recovery Mode, it will not ask for the passcode, it will just restore the device. Try getting it into Recovery Mode again. It can be difficult and it is not unusual for someone to have to try more than once. Follow the steps in the support document carefully.
