bought iphone from ebay, has owner lock

If it was not disclosed in the sale that it was activation locked or iCloud locked, return it and get your money back. If the seller will not refund your money, file a claim with ebay under their buyer protection policy.

If it was disclosed, you unfortunately got exactly what you paid for... an unusable phone.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

theres no way to unlock it unless the owner gives you the info. Apple does not assist in issues with personal sales.
