how to sort photos by newest to oldest in Recent Photos and in Library All Photos in iOS 15

how to sort photos by newest to oldest in Recent Photos and in Library All Photos in iOS 15, i dont prefer to create a new album as it need always to move photo from recent ( iOS 15 ) can't find sort option anywhere in default folders, when i create a new folder it show's sort option which i don't prefer & i don't need any third party app.

any solution??
