I have subscripted apple one for family, but apple music not included? why?

All Apple One plans should come with Apple Music. Check your subscription status by going to Settings >> tap your name at the top >> Subscriptions (or you may be able to find more details by going to Family Sharing after tapping your name to see what services are being shared).

If Apple Music isn't there and you can't go into the Music app to listen to music, contact Apple Support for either Music or Billing and Subscriptions: Official Apple Support
