HP printer offline

Since I have installed Mac OS Monterey operating system on my iMac my WirelessHP DeskJet 4100 printer will not print from my Mac. The status shows the printer is offline. I have tried turning my router, computer and printer off and back on, resetting my printer system and and reinstalling the printer. None of these steps solved my problem. I am lost at what to try next.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.2
