I have been double billed for iCloud storage

I am an Apple One subscriber (Premier) and share it with my family. I see a charge of $9.99 for iCloud+ w/ 2TB storage for my daughters account

Have your daughter downgrade her iCloud storage and then accept the Apple One iCloud storage.
