I got a new phone and it’s askingvme to enter the passcode for the old phones I had and I do not remember them

I got a new I phone and it’s asking me to input a passcode I had on one of my million iPhones that I do not remember, I’m stuck and need to get past it.. it say I can reset end to end encryption but I don’t want to loose my stuff
