How do you increase the text size in NOTES on an iPhone 11?

Not so. New in iOS 15:

Per-app settings

Customize display and text size settings on an app-by-app basis. Bold or enlarge text, increase contrast, invert colors, add color filters, and more for only the apps you want. [Source: Apple]

Go to Settings>Display & Brightness>Text Size. Understand that will increase the text size across the phone for anything that uses the Dynamic Type. There is no way to just increase the font in Notes like you would a word processor.

Thank you for that. One of those features that I did not read about and try, but I will now.
