Why I got spam on my mailbox, but address in those spam messages is not my address? Is it bug in iCloud Mail service? It started month ago.

No, this is common for all spam. The spammers send an email to hundreds, possibly thousands of people at a time. They use one email address in the “to” line and the balance of hundreds of addresses in the Bcc line.
