Can’t restore contacts icon

I accidentally deleted the icon for contacts. Apple’s instruction says to go to advanced under manage settings in iCloud. I am running iOS 15 and there is no option for advanced. Help!

If indeed you uninstalled the app then go to App store and search for it then reinstall.
