IPhone unable to hold WiFi connection

was having no problems with WiFi while on vacation until the past couple of days. Have had to reset networks on 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. It worked on the iPads, it only worked on one of the iPhones. The second iPhone will show the WiFi connection for a fraction of a second and then disappear.

I updated to iOS 15.3.1

I have restarted iPhone, modem and router.

What else can can I Do?

thanks.

When you are on vacation you use Public Wi-Fi.

You are definitely dependent on the local Wi-Fi signal strength.
