Hello, problem is pretty straightforward.
My project is 1164x720 and when I go to export to computer (mp4) my only resolution options are 960x594 and 854x528.
It's a really simple podcast video with the only files being the mp4 recording and .png overlay.
I've done podcasts in the past with similar file resolutions without any problems.

Lower left click the + button to create a custom MPEG-4 setting. There are none in the application, except for the Apple Devices m4v settings, but I don’t think they’ll do that size.

I am. When I change the format to Mastering-Video and Audio it lets me export at 1164x720. When I change it to Publishing-Computer it only lets me export at 960x594 or 854x528
Please give the complete project properties from the Modify project properties window.
It must have something to do with the size. Whenever you try a standardized preset it changes to Rec 601. I can only suggest exporting a master file and using Compressor or some other application to convert it to MPEG-4, if that's what you have to have.
Use Export File. Set the Video and Audio poopoo to Computer.
