I'm trying to load all my videos onto my iMac 27inch.it says my storage is full. I have a WD ELEMENTS external hard drive plugged in.4 tbs....it has 3.56tbs still available. why does my videos not get sent to my external hard drive instead of my pc hard drive....

The files go where you tell them to go. To put them on the external, double click the hard disk icon on the desktop.
