Is there still a "new document" option in Pages?

Yes. At the bottom of the file dialog when opening Pages and via Pages File menu > New.

That's how I always used to open a new document, but for the past several weeks it wasn't an option. I just now tried again, and it was there! Not sure how this happened, but thank you!
