Only my left AirPod works. Any fixes?

Only my left AirPod works. I have rest multiple times. If I remove the left ear bud then the right one will work with a low volume

Verify the Balance:

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Accessibility
Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance
