trying to update my MacBook Pro, even If deleted everything on this computer I wouldn't have enough disk space to download and install the new Monterey update. what do I need to do?

Try Exporting Data:
Delete unneeded items from iTunes Store (downloaded Movies and TV Shows and take up GBs of data), and export extremely large files (i.e. Virtual Machines) to an external drive.
