I have added funds into my apple ID. But, I am not able to send a gift card to email ID of my friend. When I put all details and tap on 'BUY' , I am getting a message that says : Unable to complete your purchase. please contact ITunes store support.
If you removed the card you used to put the funds in, put it back or add a different one; store credit can't be spent on gifts. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
