Restore closed Safari Tabs??

My last backup on my iPhone was two days ago and I had an ATT technician delete all my history and Safari Tabs from the settings on my iPhone X without asking if it was okay. It wasn't as I had a lot of important tabs opened but hadn't bookmarked them.

I believe Safari tabs would be on the backup. But either through a backup or another method, is there a way to restore those tabs, without losing my new text messages, call history/messages, and photos from the last two days? BTW, those new messages since my backup are synced to my iPad.
