Start with a Reset:

How to Reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Suppport


Elsewise, Please Specify "Not Working":

How would you define "Not Working"? Are they not charging? Are they not connecting? Is there no sound?


If there is not sound, then refer to the following...

Troubleshooting AirPods Audio:

A. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


B. Use the App, Itself:

Depending on the application, it may have the ability for balance settings. So, overview the application.


C. Wiggle it Around:

What happens when you giggle it around al little bit. Does that fix it?


D. Clean Debris:

Clear Out Earwax: How to Clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. Use a microfiber cloth for this.


E. Reset These:

Go Here: Reset your AirPods - Apple Support
