While your iPhone is very secure and well-protected, this situation is what we call as a scam, where it is likely that this service is a lie. Phones nowadays are not that easy to hack, and with more attention on cyber-safety, hacking is not as likely now.

No. The most they can do with a phone number is bombard that phone with text messages and spam calls.

So no. It's not possible with an iPhone. The only known "hack" is to learn both the ID and password of the phone you want to access. And even then, you're not hacking the phone at all. You're getting access to that person's data as if you were them.

Anyone who is charging money for a service that is unethical and immoral (forced covert entry), those people cannot be trusted to begin with. Why would you expect them to tell the truth about the effectiveness of their “service”?

That is also true! Right up there with the many online "services" that claim they can help you bypass activation lock or unlock your phone from a carrier. They of course, can't. But they'll happily take your money.
