Memory MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air and it periodically flashes low memory 10%. I have cleaned my files and it says I only have used up.

 Free: 59.11 GB (59,114,934,272 bytes)

Capacity: 121.12 GB (121,123,069,952 bytes) What do I need to do?
