Menu Bar Items keep moving after Start Up

I'm not sure what I did in the last few weeks to see this but after booting up the Mac mini 2018, the first Menu Bar Item seems to be 1 item towards the left, then followed by a space, and then all other items. I've enclosed an image. When I click in the empty spot, nothing happens, like there's nothing there. I can also move the first item (Command, click Menu Bar Item) and place it in the empty space.

Is there a fix for this? I'm running Big Sur 11.6.4.

Is there possibly a folder, that could also be hidden, where I can see all of the Menu Bar Items? I already checked here (/System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras.) and it seems only Apple Menu Bar Items are in this folder...

Thanks.

Never mind... It seems that installing TechToolPro 15 Helper Tool creates a space (TechToolProAgent) in the Menu Bar. I uninstalled it and no more space.
