It is not possible to delete a subscription that you have canceled.

This will disappear from your purchases after about a year.

If you are eligible, you can just delete (not hide) them, using these instructions:--> How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support, and/or:--> If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support

If your problem is not among the options shown there, tap/click on the option “the topic is not listed” and describe your issue.

I really need these to go away from my phone

You can hide the subscription, if you don't give anyone access to the iPhone then no one would find out that you ever had that subscription.

if I wipe my phone and start over is that possible ?
